From I-95 north to Houlton, turn north on U.S. Route #1, continue going north about 27 miles, to Mars Hill, stay right at fork in the road in front of the Mobil station onto Route 1A, proceed approx. 19 miles into Fort Fairfield and continue straight across the bridge after the traffic light.  Just after the bridge, turn right on Riverside Ave. and continue past the cemetery (at the large bend) at which point Riverside Ave. becomes the Russell Road.  Continue to 217 home of Northern Wilderness Adventures on the left.  Approximate distance on Riverside and Russell Road will be 2.1 miles.
